RETURN POLICY
14-day returns on unopened, unused, sealed items. Opened items are not eligible for return.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
UNOPENED ITEMS
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must remain factory sealed.
- The packaging must be in the same condition as when it was received.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
OPENED ITEMS
Opened items are not eligible for returns. This includes:
- Items that have been opened or removed from their packaging.
- Items with visible indications that the package has been opened.
- Opened items or packages that are no longer factory sealed.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
Requests for damaged or defective items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Depending on the issue, we may:
- Replace the item.
- Provide a replacement part.
- Request photos to evaluate the issue before determining the best solution.
The following do not qualify as defects:
- Minor cosmetic paint variations or paint imperfections.
- Minor manufacturing variations.
- Packaging condition, including bent cards, creases, soft corners, shelf wear, or other cosmetic packaging damage.
- Variations that are considered acceptable within normal production tolerances.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the refund status.
For returns approved for reasons other than receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s) only.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your return is approved due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item) or because the item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including applicable shipping charges.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

RETURN POLICY ABUSE
We strive to be fair and accommodating to every customer. However, we reserve the right to refuse returns, cancel orders, or decline future purchases from customers who repeatedly abuse our return policy, make excessive or unreasonable return requests, or repeatedly misrepresent products as defective when they fall within normal manufacturing tolerances.
