the dream that wouldn't go away
"RECAPTURE THE MAGIC OF THE
SATURDAY MORNING CARTOON
ERA."

scene one, 2012
A TOY STORE. A WAVE OF NOSTALGIA.
Back in 2012, I walked into a toy store and got hit with this overwhelming wave of nostalgia, not just for the toys, but for what they represented. Saturday morning cartoons. Weird characters. Bright colors. Aisles packed with original ideas. Worlds that felt alive before you even knew the story.
Everything today felt safe. Familiar. Licensed. But growing up, the best toys were the strange ones. The gross ones. The ones that made you stop and say, "what even is that thing?"

POWERED BY JINSEI.
An unstable energy drink called Jinsei spilled across an empty office one night and brought everything it touched to life: staplers, leftover lunches, sticky notes, the whole break room. The 9 to 5 Warriors were born. Sketches turned into trading cards. Trading cards turned into comics, character bios, and the dream of making actual toys.
the dream that waited
THEN THE PANDEMIC HIT.
For years the dream stayed just that, a dream. When the world shut down, I stopped letting the idea sit. I went all in.

SCULPTED BY A LEGEND.
I reached out to legendary toy sculptor Scott Hensey. Scott hand-sculpted the original characters and brought the first wave of 9 to 5 Warriors to life. From there, talented digital sculptors and artists evolved the line into what you see today.
- TMNT
- STREET SHARKS
- EXO SQUAD
- TOXIC CRUSADERS
